Bulk Grape Essence

During the concentration process of grape juice, vapor is generated by the evaporation and the grape essence in this vapor is collected by special aroma columns (aroma traps). After collection, this grape essence containing vapor is immediately condensed and cooled down and filled out in desired bulk containers (pails, jugs, tins, drums, totes, bag-in-box etc.).
